The bottle design for this sparkling wine, affectionately named ‘Wine Me, Dine Me, Please Refine Me’ was created by renowned British fashion designer, Henry Holland.
The pinot noir grapes used for this wine were exclusively hand-picked from Bird in Hand’s Woodside estate in the Adelaide Hills. The grapes were harvested in the cool early Autumn morning to retain freshness and flavour. |
